A User who does not agree to the amended Terms may stop using the Service.
Article 4 Matters Not Covered by These Terms

The Company may change, add, or discontinue all or part of the Service to improve quality or address operational or technical needs.
Article 6 Nature of the Service
ValueCube is a self-understanding service designed to help Users explore their core values, decision-making criteria, and the patterns of judgment behind their personality and traits.
A Free Result identifies one of 16 value types based on the User’s responses and provides a basic interpretation of that type.
A Personalized Report is not intended merely to place a User into a single type. It is customized Content that interprets the User’s values, relationship patterns, and decision-making criteria in work and daily life in greater detail based on individual responses and response intensity.
The Service results and Personalized Reports are provided for reference only. They do not definitively determine the User’s personality, abilities, psychological state, social identity, ideology, beliefs, or actual behavior.
The Service results and Personalized Reports do not replace medical, psychological, legal, academic, employment or personnel evaluations, election strategy, or public opinion research.
The Service may include questions or interpretations concerning social values, institutions, communities, authority, economics, and culture. These are included solely to provide a multidimensional understanding of the User’s values.
The Service results and Personalized Reports are not provided to encourage support for or opposition to any particular political party, candidate, political organization, ideology, or policy position.
Users must use the Service results and Personalized Reports only as reference materials and exercise their own judgment and responsibility.
Article 7 Personalized Reports
A Personalized Report is paid, customized Content generated from the User’s Values Test responses.
A Personalized Report is not a standardized result provided solely on the basis of the User’s type name. It is generated by combining individual question responses, response intensity, axis scores, value tags, opposing value tags, type information, and other relevant data.
A Personalized Report may include interpretive Content in a format determined by the Company, such as a summary of the User’s values, detailed analysis by axis, differences within the same type, work and career, communication style, conflict patterns, dating and marriage, and views on parenting.
The Company may change the structure, length, format, price, or delivery method of Personalized Reports based on operational circumstances. However, orders for which payment has already been completed will be fulfilled based on the principal features described at the time of payment.
Personalized Reports may be generated using automated systems or artificial intelligence. The Company may improve questions, tags, prompts, generation methods, and review processes to enhance report quality.
A Personalized Report is reference material that interprets the User’s responses. It does not make decisions on the User’s behalf or constitute advice that guarantees any particular action or outcome.
Article 8 Payment and Delivery of Paid Services
Users may purchase Personalized Reports and other Paid Services at the prices and through the payment methods specified by the Company.
The price, features, delivery method, estimated delivery time, and other details of a Paid Service will be displayed at checkout or within the Service.
Payments may be processed directly by the Company or through third parties such as payment processors, app marketplaces, or external payment services.
After payment is completed, the Company may verify the User’s Values Test responses and payment information, generate the Personalized Report, and deliver it through the Service, a download link, email, or another method designated by the Company.
If a User enters an incorrect email address or fails to receive a report because of an issue with their receiving environment, the User may ask the Company to resend it. However, if the Company determines that the failure is attributable to the User, the scope or method of redelivery may be limited.
Payment confirmation, report generation, or delivery may be delayed because of outages or delays involving payment processors, card issuers, digital payment providers, email services, cloud services, or other external services.
Article 9 Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refunds for Paid Services are governed by applicable laws and the terms presented at checkout.
Because a Personalized Report is customized digital Content generated from the User’s individual responses, the right to cancel or obtain a refund may be restricted to the extent permitted by applicable laws once report generation has begun or the report has been delivered, viewed, downloaded, or sent by email.
However, if a purchased report is not properly generated or delivered due to a cause attributable to the Company, or if the delivered report contains a material technical error, the Company may take appropriate measures such as regenerating, resending, correcting, or refunding the report.
Refunds may be restricted when requested because of a simple change of mind, a desire to change responses, an interpretation that differs from expectations, an error in the User’s responses, an incorrectly entered email address, or another cause attributable to the User.
If a refund is approved, the refund method and processing time may vary depending on the policies of the payment method, payment processor, card issuer, or digital payment provider.
Article 10 Political Neutrality
Through ValueCube, the Company does not directly represent the interests of any particular political party, candidate, political organization, election campaign, political campaign, or political group.
The Service’s questions, types, result descriptions, and Personalized Reports are provided to help Users understand their values from multiple dimensions.
The type names, descriptions, interpretations, and Personalized Reports provided through the Service are not intended to confine Users to or stigmatize them as belonging to any particular political camp.
The Company seeks to respect political neutrality and Users’ independent judgment in operating the Service.
Article 11 User Consent and Use of the Service
Users may use the Service after agreeing to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Depending on the content of the questions and the pattern of responses, Values Test responses and results may constitute information from which a User’s social values, political opinions, or beliefs can be inferred. Where necessary, the Company may obtain separate consent for processing such information before the Values Test begins.
When purchasing a Personalized Report, the User must consent to the use of their Values Test responses and result data to generate and deliver the Personalized Report.
Use of data for Service quality improvement and research may be handled separately from processing required to provide Values Test results or Personalized Reports. Where necessary, the Company may obtain separate optional consent.
Users may refuse to provide consent. However, a User who does not consent to processing that is essential to providing a Values Test result or generating a Personalized Report cannot use the corresponding service.
Article 12 User Obligations
Users must not engage in any of the following conduct when using the Service.
- Violating applicable laws or these Terms
- Infringing another person’s rights, reputation, credit, privacy, personal information, or intellectual property rights

Article 13 Prohibited Political Uses

- Inferring an individual User’s political orientation for election campaigning or election strategy
- Targeting for a particular political party, candidate, political organization, or political campaign
- Tracking, classifying, disclosing, selling, or sharing an individual’s political orientation, values, or beliefs
- Discriminating against or excluding individuals or groups because of their political opinions or values
- Using Service results or Personalized Reports as a basis for political attacks, ridicule, stigmatization, incitement, or hate speech
- Using Service questions, results, or Personalized Reports to promote, publicize, or persuade on behalf of a particular political group, classify voters, or manipulate public opinion
If the Company confirms any of the above conduct, it may take appropriate measures, including restricting use of the Service, blocking access, deleting related data, or taking legal action.
Article 14 Result-Sharing Features
Users may share their own Free Results.
A result-sharing URL may contain identifying information needed to display the result page.
When a User shares a result, anyone who receives the shared link may view the content of that result page.
Users should carefully consider whether to share their results.
Because a Personalized Report is customized Content generated from the User’s individual responses, it may not be eligible for the sharing feature unless the Company expressly permits it.
If a User directly saves, captures, sends, posts, or shares a Personalized Report, the Company is not liable for any resulting disadvantage, misunderstanding, dispute, or reputational harm, except in cases of the Company’s willful misconduct or gross negligence.
In sharing mode, the Company may restrict or display differently features that recipients do not need, such as retaking the Values Test, rating the result, or prompts to share it further.
Article 15 Research and Statistical Use
The Company may use Values Test responses and result data to improve Service quality, questions, type descriptions, Personalized Report quality, and result calculation methods, as well as to analyze response trends, conduct statistical analysis, and perform research.
As a general rule, the Company does not collect direct identifiers such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers by linking them to Values Test data for research or statistical use.
The Company may analyze data using Random UUIDs, country information, language information, response data, result data, and other relevant information.
The Company may conduct analysis after pseudonymizing or anonymizing the data so that specific individuals cannot be identified.
Research and statistical findings may be used for Service improvement, academic or non-academic research, internal analysis, public Content, and business materials. In such cases, the Company will ensure that specific individuals cannot be identified.
Where separate consent is required for research or quality improvement, the Company may obtain it from Users.
Article 16 Advertising and Partnerships
The Company may display advertisements, partnership Content, sponsored Content, or external links within the Service.
The terms and privacy policy of the relevant third party apply to any third-party website, service, product, or Content accessed through an advertisement or external link.
The Company does not directly sell or provide Users’ Values Test responses, Values Test results, 16-type results, or Personalized Report Content to advertisers.
The Company does not target advertisements for a particular political party, candidate, political organization, political campaign, or election-related matter based on a User’s Values Test results or Personalized Report Content.
Article 17 Intellectual Property Rights
Copyrights, trademarks, design rights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights in the Service and Content belong to the Company or their respective lawful owners.
Users may use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Without the Company’s prior written consent, Users may not copy, distribute, transmit, display, sell, publish, create derivative works from, compile into a database, use as training data, or commercially exploit any Service questions, type names, result descriptions, Personalized Reports, images, graphics, logos, code, data structures, screen layouts, designs, algorithms, or other Content.
Users may share their own Free Result pages for personal purposes. However, they must not damage the Company’s reputation or misrepresent the Service in doing so.
A User may use a purchased Personalized Report for their own personal reference. Without the Company’s prior consent, the User may not sell, redistribute, publicly post, commercially use, compile into a database, use as training data, or use the report to evaluate any third party.
Article 18 User Posts
If the Company later offers features for User posts, such as comments, reviews, inquiries, message boards, or communities, Users must ensure that their posts do not infringe the rights of others or violate applicable laws.
Users are responsible for the posts they create.

If a change to or discontinuation of the Service is planned, the Company will provide advance notice where reasonably possible. However, in urgent or unforeseeable circumstances, notice may be provided afterward.
Article 21 External and Third-Party Services
The Service may be operated using external infrastructure and third-party services, including Vercel, Supabase, payment processors, email delivery services, and artificial intelligence API providers.
Outages, policy changes, security issues, pricing changes, or discontinuation of external services may affect Service availability, payment processing, Personalized Report generation, PDF generation, or email delivery.
The relevant third party is responsible for the content, accuracy, reliability, processing of personal information, transactions, and damages associated with any third-party website or service accessed through an external link in the Service.
Article 22 Disclaimer
The Company does not guarantee that the Service will always be available without interruption or operate without errors.
The Company does not guarantee that Values Test results or Personalized Reports accurately represent a User’s actual personality, abilities, psychological state, values, political opinions, party support, candidate support, voting tendencies, social identity, ideology, or beliefs.

If a User violates these Terms or applicable laws and causes damage to the Company or a third party, the User must compensate the affected party for that damage.
If the Company is liable to a User for damages, its liability will be limited to ordinary damages unless the Company has engaged in willful misconduct or gross negligence.
